What is TwinGate and how does it work

TwinGate was a virtual private network (VPN) implementation aimed at offering an encrypted tunnel for securely transmitting data through public networks. This solution utilized a proprietary protocol to create a secure tunnel between connected devices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of transmitted data.

The operation of TwinGate was similar to many other VPNs: data was encrypted by the sending device, traveled through the secure tunnel created by the VPN, and was decrypted by the receiving device.
