Improve PDF Handling with Stirling PDF on Proxmox and Ubuntu
Introduction
In the digital age, efficient PDF document management is crucial to any IT infrastructure. To address this need, I recently deployed Stirling PDF, a powerful open-source tool, on an Ubuntu server managed through Proxmox. This solution provides a simple interface to edit, merge, save and reorder PDF files, making it indispensable in my local network.
Why Stirling PDF

From merging to splitting, from rotating to encrypting, Stirling PDF addresses a variety of needs, making it easy to manage PDFs without the need for external software.
Deploy on Proxmox and Ubuntu
The deployment of Stirling PDF was done on an Ubuntu virtual machine, orchestrated via Proxmox, a strategic choice that guaranteed flexibility and scalability. Proxmox, thanks to its intuitive interface and its powerful VM management features, made the installation and configuration of Stirling PDF simple and efficient.
